Last Updated: January 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Crossroads Wellness Retreat (“retreat,” “program,” “event”) provided by Crossroads Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”). By registering, applying, or attending, you agree to the following terms:
Retreat Registration & Acceptance
Participation in the retreat requires completion of an application. Applications help ensure safety, appropriate accommodations, and alignment with retreat objectives. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis after review.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any application based on availability, safety considerations, or program-related factors.
Payments & Tuition
Retreat tuition covers lodging, meals, scheduled sessions, activities, teaching, and program materials as listed on the website. Tuition does not include travel to and from the retreat location unless otherwise specified.
Payment options may include:
Pay in full
Monthly installment plans
If using an installment plan, the first payment is due to secure your spot, and all payments must be completed in accordance with the chosen plan. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of participation without refund.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund policies are as follows:
Full refund available up to 30 days before the retreat start date.
Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable.
Tuition is non-transferable to future retreats unless otherwise stated.
No refunds are issued for:
Early departure from the retreat
Missed sessions or activities
Travel delays or disruptions
No-shows
If the retreat is canceled by Crossroads Wellness for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of paid tuition. Crossroads Wellness is not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses such as flights, transportation, or lodging before/after the retreat.
Travel & Transportation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the retreat location unless otherwise specified. We do not provide shuttle or airport transportation. Retreat address and arrival instructions will be provided after acceptance.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance. Crossroads Wellness is not responsible for missed travel, delays, cancellations, or lost luggage.
Dietary & Health Considerations
Retreat meals are whole-food, plant-based and prepared by our private chef. Participants may voluntarily provide information regarding allergies, dietary restrictions, and health needs on the application. We will evaluate such needs and notify you if accommodations are possible.
We are unable to guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Participants with significant dietary, medical, mobility, or mental health considerations should consult their personal physician prior to attending.
Participation in the retreat does not constitute medical treatment.

Participation does not replace:
Medical care
Mental health treatment

Participants remain responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout the retreat.
If you have concerns regarding your ability to participate safely, you should consult your healthcare provider before registering.

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Crossroads Wellness from liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss, except where prohibited by law.
Conduct & Community Expectations
Crossroads Wellness is a Christian retreat environment. We ask participants to be respectful, cooperative, and supportive of both leadership and fellow attendees. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the retreat atmosphere. Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund.
